| Biographical Info | Florin Popa is a postdoctoral researcher and project manager working within several projects of the Centre for the Philosophy of Law, Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium. He holds a BA in Philosophy (University of Bucharest), a BA in Social Sciences (Nottingham Trent University) and a PhD in Political Philosophy (University of Bucharest) with a thesis on models of rational decision-making in EU inter-institutional settings. He has been involved for more than 10 years in managing EU projects for education and research. |
